Magnificent Microbrewery Run
5 km
Victoria
The Magnificent Microbrewery Run is just that: eight exceptional microbreweries, two bridges, all in under 5 km. Start this (wh)ale of an adventure with a stupendous sampling at Spinnakers Brewpub, then make your way along the beautiful Songhees Walkway that hugs the north shore of Victoria’s Inner harbour, cross the Johnson Street Bridge and your next stop is Swans Brewery & Pub. Suitably refreshed, continue on to Canoe Brewpub. After more extraordinary sampling, proceed to Phillips Brewing, with still more extraordinary sampling, then a few blocks up Government St., quench your growing thirst at Vancouver Island Brewing. Just around the corner, and only a short distance away, are the last three microbreweries, and they are all outstanding…Hoyne Brewing, Driftwood Brewery and Moon Under Water Brewpub. Fortunately, they are all within three blocks of each other!
